In early 2026, veteran music producer and sound designer Li Tuo officially founded Tuo Li Inc. in Los Angeles, California. The establishment of the company marks a significant milestone in Li's professional journey, representing the transition from independent creative practice to a structured, company-based operation. With expanded capabilities to undertake larger-scale commercial projects, Tuo Li Inc. will also further strengthen its long-term strategic partnership with Flyling Media Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Yueling International Media.
Tuo Li Inc. is built around three core business divisions: Music Production, Sound Design, and AI Film & Television Audio. Its services encompass the entire audio production pipeline, including original music production and global distribution, film and television scoring, post-production sound editing and mixing for short-form dramas, as well as on-location production sound recording for film and television projects.
In addition, the company is actively developing experimental AI-powered live-action animation projects, exploring innovative approaches that integrate the art of sound with cutting-edge digital technologies.
Li Tuo's collaboration with Yueling International Media dates back several years. Since 2020, the two parties have worked closely on a number of short film productions, including Food, which was selected for the Asian World Film Festival and received multiple international accolades, including the Best Craft Short Film Music Award at the 2020 New York International Film Awards.
Building on this successful foundation, the partnership has continued to expand beyond film into original music production. Serving as composer, recording engineer, and mixing engineer, Li Tuo has played multiple creative and technical roles in the production of instrumental albums released by Yueling International Media. His original works, distributed internationally by the company, have received numerous global awards and accumulated tens of thousands of streams across major music streaming platforms worldwide.
Recognizing Li Tuo's consistent creative excellence and comprehensive end-to-end audio production capabilities, Flyling Media Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Yueling International Media, officially appointed him as its long-term music and sound production partner in 2024. Since then, the two parties have collaborated on a wide range of film, television, and music productions.
Following the establishment of Tuo Li Inc. in 2026, the partnership was further elevated into a long-term strategic collaboration. Under this framework, Tuo Li Inc. will undertake selected overseas music and audio projects for both Yueling International Media and Flyling Media Inc., providing professional end-to-end sound solutions for cross-border film and television productions—from music production and sound design to post-production audio services.
